House Rules

These house rules come into effect from May 6 – 9, 2027. The following rules must be observed:

• Should these house rules be violated, Freiluft GmbH reserves the right to remove the person in question from the Beachcamp (with no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price).
• Unnecessary driving is not permitted. The maximum permitted speed is 10km/h.
• Driving through the Beachcamp is only possible with a valid ticket
• The Beachcamp cannot be driven through between 22.00 and 09.00
• From 24.00 hours, complete quiet hours apply. If quiet hours are not observed, Freiluft GmbH reserves the right to confiscate any light & sound systems and remove those causing the disturbance from the Beachcamp. There will be no refund of the Beachcamp fee in this case.
• Only persons with a valid ticket may stay overnight in the Beachcamp.
• Waste must be placed in rubbish bags and disposed of properly.
• Damaging and interfering with vegetation, such as by hammering nails, tying strings to trees, etc., is prohibited
• Grilling is only permitted with gas grills between 9.00 and 22.00
• Strictly prohibited on the Beachcamp are: open fires, bringing in easily flammable materials, explosive substances, climbing over the fencing, and urinating in public.
• Any damage to buildings, green areas or other property of the Beachcamp will be charged to those responsible.
• The stay of Beachcamper*s and Visitor*s on the grounds is at their own risk. Freiluft GmbH assumes no liability for damage and/or accidents caused by third parties.
• Freiluft GmbH assumes no liability for damage to electrical appliances (e.g. due to temporary power outages).
• Trading in products purchased or produced specifically for sale is generally not permitted in the Beachcamp.
